Police have found a 12-year-old girl who disappeared two days ago. 

Reah Hall went missing at about 8pm on Monday from the Devonshire Road area of Blackpool.

Lancashire Police today issued a recent picture of the schoolgirl with a desperate appeal for anyone with information to get in touch as soon as possible.  

She was described as around 4ft 2ins, of slim build with shoulder-length light brown hair. 

Police today confirmed that Reah had been found safe following an appeal. 

They said: ‘Good news: the 12 year old girl missing from home in Blackpool has been found safe and well today (8 January).

‘Thanks to everyone who shared out appeal.’

Police had said they wanted to reassure Reah that ‘she is not in any trouble, we just want to know she is okay’. 

Officers had issued an appeal saying: ‘Have you seen missing Reah Hall, 12? 

‘She was last seen about 8pm on Monday (6th Jan) in the Devonshire Road area of Blackpool.

‘We urgently need to find her. 

‘Please call 101 quoting log number LC-20200106-1318 if you have seen her or know where she is. Thanks.’

Concerned social media users voiced their concerns for the missing girl’s safety and wished for her safe return.

Kim Walton said: ‘Hope she comes home safe and sound.’

Jennifer Wright said: ‘Do hope she is soon found and safe return home.’

Anne Hughes said: ‘Is it my imagination or are there more children going missing?’
