Stunning fresh details have emerged revealing how a botched robbery ended with an aspiring hip-hop artist’s alleged samurai sword stabbing murder on a suburban Sydney street.
Hannah Quinn and her boyfriend Blake Davis were at their Forest Lodge home at midday on Friday when Jett McKee – armed with knuckledusters, a fake gun and wearing a balaclava – stormed into their home demanding money, a court has heard.
‘You don’t want to get hurt, I will shoot you. There’s lots more people like me that will shoot you, give me all your valuables,’ McKee warned, Quinn’s barrister Tom Hughes told the court,The Sydney Morning Herald reported.

McKee, 30, whose girlfriend Averil Bowers is pregnant, had a $31,000 gambling debt which had been paid by his parents, but continued to feed money into pokie machines, Mr Hughes said.
Inside the couple’s home, McKee allegedly punched Davis, 28, in the face with knuckledusters and he ‘went down’, Mr Hughes said, before McKee grabbed Quinn’s bag and fled.
Police allege McKee was chased by Quinn and Davis ‘after having abandoned his demand’.
As Quinn gave chase, she yelled ‘who are you, who the f*** are you?,’ a statement of police facts alleges, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Quinn alleged when she caught up with McKee she grabbed her bag, before Mr McKee tried to punch her and he fell over, but police will allege she grabbed his jacket and flung him to the asphalt.

Police will allege that Davis, following close behind, then ‘inflicted a penetrating wound into the deceased’s skull using the samurai sword’, according to the Herald.
Witnesses said McKee was bleeding profusely as he staggered down a nearby street and collapsed.
The court heard Quinn then screamed at her boyfriend: ‘What the f*** have you done?’.
Mr Hughes argued that question after the alleged attack showed the couple hadn’t spoken about using the sword on McKee.
A ‘known person’ who allegedly drove McKee to the Forest Lodge home pulled his car beside and questioned, ‘Jett, Jett are you OK?’, the Daily Telegraph reported.

After fleeing the scene as police arrived, he allegedly phoned McKee’s girlfriend and told her he would be taken to hospital.
Davis allegedly stole a neighbour’s silver car cover to conceal the blood-stained sword after the incident, police documents state, before he and Quinn returned home.
Neighbours reportedly saw the couple leaving their flat with a cardboard box as police approached the scene of the crime, and David was heard exclaiming ‘f*** I’m going to jail,’ according to court documents.
It is alleged that the couple hid in a laneway nearby as officers descended on the scene, with a police helicopter circling above.
It was in that same laneway that police later found $21,380 cash in a paper bag, two mobile phones and a pistol that is believed to be a pellet gun.

Davis and Quinn allegedly broke in to a nearby home, and spent the next three days moving one hotel to the next.
During this time Quinn allegedly gave Davis first aid, changed his clothes and booked a hotel room on their behalf – all of which resulted in her being charged with a second offence of accessory to murder after the fact on Thursday.
On Monday evening, after reportedly consulting with family members, the pair finally handed themselves in to police in Newtown.
The prosecutor did not oppose Quinn’s release application.
