Pranksters launch Twitter account mocking Britain First

  • Account launched amid controversy surrounding Donald Trump and Britain First
  • US President retweeted videos by Britain First’s deputy leader Jayda Fransen
  • Anti-Islamic footage purported to show a Muslim attacking a man on crutches

Pranksters have launched a spoof Twitter account mocking the ‘fake news’ Britain First videos retweeted by Donald Trump.

Clips of a man trying to kick a pigeon and another punching a snowman, with the caption ‘Muslim attacks Christmas’, have been posted by the bogus  ‘British First’ profile.

The account popped up as a major diplomatic spat wages between the US President and Theresa May.

Westminster and Washington are fighting a war of words after Mr Trump retweeted three posts by Britain First deputy leader, Jayda Fransen.

The hateful videos included a clip from the Netherlands purporting to show a Muslim migrant attacking a boy on crutches.

However, Dutch authorities yesterday disputed the claim that it was a ‘migrant’ attacking the youngster.

A statement corrected Mr Trump’s tweet, saying neither boy was a migrant nor a refugee, while Dutch media said the attacker was not a Muslim either.

The prank Britain First account pokes fun at the group and the US President for sharing the clips without checking their credibility.

In one post a man in a kilt is seen aiming a kick at a pigeon on a train platform, before taking a tumble over the side and onto the tracks.

The tweet reads: ‘Muslim-trained pigeon hurls man on to train track @realDonaldTrump.’

Another post, showing a man with a fishing rod trying to nudge a dog into a lake, before falling in himself, reads: ‘Dog owned by illegal immigrants chucks man in sea @realDonaldTrump.’

In one of the tweets, a young man is seen throwing a punch a road sign, only for the warning to swing back and hit him square in the face.

The caption reads: ‘Road sign booby-trapped by Muslim gang floors patriot @realDonaldTrump.’

Another video shows a man with a pony tail punching someone in a snowman costume to the ground.

The tweet reads: ‘Muslim attacks Christmas! @realDonaldTrump’
