Carrie Bickmore is expecting her third child.
And on Saturday, the 37-year-old revealed she’s had two miscarriages that she kept largely private to spare herself the agony of answering prying questions.
‘I can’t imagine how I would have coped seeing the sad look in people’s faces or answering all the questions,’ she told Stellar magazine.

The Project host told the publication she is glad to have dodged questions such as: ‘How’s bub coming along?’ and ‘Have you got a bump yet?’
She added: ‘I needed time to adjust. My mind raced.’
Carrie admitted she worried that she’d never fall pregnant again, and worried that perhaps ‘something she ate’ caused her to lose her babies.
The Garnier spokesperson told the publication that she also feared: ‘What if I never get pregnant again?’

The candid comments come after the TV host, who announced her pregnancy in June, said it’s been much harder the third time around because of her age.
Speaking to TV Week at the Logies recently, Carrie admitted she doubts she will ever have any more babies, ‘because I’m older now, it’s harder!’
When asked about the prospect of a fourth child, the pregnant mother-of-two replied: ‘I can’t see myself as a mum-of-four. Let’s see how this one goes first.’

She added: ‘[Being] hungry made me feel sick, eating has made me feel sick, being awake has made me feel sick, sleeping has made me feel sick, coffee has made me feel sick, everything has made me feel sick!’
