The appearance comes shortly after she uploaded a new YouTube video with Philip in which she told fans she was shocked to see a positive pregnancy test after being on birth control for 11 years.
Talking about the day the couple found out, Iskra revealed: ‘We went to the water park that day and I had a feeling, it’s hard to explain but you just feel something’s different, your period’s late, maybe your nipples are hurting.’
‘And a part of you is like “nah I’m taking birth control, that can’t be possible.”‘
She added some advice though, declaring: ‘That’s the thing about birth control, it’s not necessarily under your control. Do be careful, I definitely wasn’t taking it at the same time every day and I was on it for 11 years.

‘You just think “OK my body’s been on this birth control 11 years.’
Iskra decided she needed to take a pregnancy test later in the day, but was shocked by Philip’s reaction, as he told her ‘Oh for sure you’re pregnant!’
Philip said in the video: ‘It’s crazy that I knew that you were pregnant for so long. There was a glow about her maybe even six months ago.’
An incredulous Iskra interrupted, pointing out ‘I wasn’t pregnant six months ago!’
Revealing all: Iskra also shared the moment she told her family about her exciting news
‘I knew the baby was coming though, it’s a sense,’ Philip insisted. In fact Iskra admitted it was as if everyone knew before her, explaining:
‘Even my parents were talking about baby names, talking about this and I feel like everyone around me was putting it into the universe so I guess it was bound to happen.’
‘We just really didn’t expect it to happen right now,’ the British beauty added, revealing the couple have only just bought a house in Los Angeles and are currently in the middle of a huge renovation project.

She added that one of the main reasons she was talking so openly about her pregnancy journey so far was because she wanted to reassure her fans it doesn’t have to be a fairytale situation.
‘I was crying out of fear, you were swearing. It really wasn’t like how I ever imagined. You expect it to be like a fairytale,’ Iskra said of the moment she saw the positive test.
Despite the unexpected nature of their pregnancy, Iskra said she isn’t ‘stressing about anything.’
‘This pregnancy has been a breeze, touch wood. I don’t think I’ve had irregular emotions. I had one little cramp the other night for ten minutes.’
She added: ‘I’ve been a bit gassy, that’s an unfortunate side effect that Phillip’s experienced.’

‘Personally the announcement of my future child would not have been with an ad, whether there was a donation or giveaway involved. To respect my future child I would make sure the announcement is announcing them and nothing else.’
Another commented: ‘You… copped out your pregnancy announcement with an ad placement???’
