Nicky and her husband of two-and-a-half years, British banking heir James Rothschild, 32, are already doting parents to baby daughter Lily Grace, 16 months, with their second child set to arrive in early 2018.
The socialite recently said she and James won’t be finding out the gender of their little bundle of joy, but she insisted she would be ‘thrilled with either’.
Speaking earlier the month, she told US Weekly: ‘You know what? I would be happy with either but I love having a sister.

Nicky said: ‘I bought her a doll and she loves her doll. It’s her baby and it goes everywhere with her.
‘She feeds her baby a bottle. She tried to put her baby in the bath with her tonight.’
