They were just wheely wheely lucky!

During Friday’s episode of The Price is Right, the contestants won an historic $80,000.

It was Drew Carey‘s tenth anniversary of hosting the show so instead of getting a $1,000 bonus for spinning $1 on the wheel, contestants won $10,000 each time.

Wilbert was the first contestant to win $10,000 after spinning the wheel

Charlotte then repeated Wilbert’s success to scoop her own $10,000 bounty

The audience were on the edges of their seats during the game as the lucky streak continued.

After doling out $10,000 bonuses to three different contestants, Wilbert, Charlotte and Zacharia, during a second round of spins, the tiebreaker spins saw even more money being won with two of the contestants winning an additional $25,000 each.

Eventually, Charlotte won, but all the contestants got to keep their lot which saw The Price is Right gave away $80,000 – the most that has ever been given away on the wheel.
