A woman who claims she was forced to have sex with the Duke of York when she was a teenager has accused him of shattering her belief in ‘good’ fairytale princes.
In a TV interview, Virginia Roberts said of Andrew: ‘He was a prince. He was famous. He was royalty and it just stuck in my mind. I grew up watching Disney movies and princesses and princes were the good people of the world. And he wasn’t.’
The 36-year-old alleges she was coerced by paedophile US businessman Jeffrey Epstein, a friend of the Duke, into having sex with Andrew on three occasions.
She said: ‘I know their faces and I know what they’ve done to me.’

Prince Andrew has vehemently denied any wrongdoing or knowledge of Epstein’s crimes.
A US judge threw out Ms Roberts’s claims against him in 2015, describing them as ‘immaterial and impertinent’.
However, the Prince has faced a blizzard of damaging headlines following Epstein’s suicide on August 10 as he awaited trial for trafficking minors.
They include the discovery of footage by The Mail on Sunday which shows the Duke at the door of the millionaire’s mansion in Manhattan in 2010 – two years after Epstein was convicted of procuring an underage girl for prostitution.
In a recent statement, Buckingham Palace said: ‘The Duke of York has been appalled by the recent reports of Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged crimes.
‘His Royal Highness deplores the exploitation of any human being and the suggestion he would condone, participate in or encourage any such behaviour is abhorrent.’
But in her first interview since Epstein’s death, Ms Roberts yesterday told NBC’s Dateline show: ‘He [Andrew] was a participant.’
She added that she was prepared to sue anyone who described her as a liar.
In a separate interview with the Miami Herald newspaper, the married mother of three provided chilling new details of Epstein’s process for grooming his victims, including giving them prescription drugs and paying for their teeth to be whitened.
She said the financier was surrounded by seemingly legitimate doctors who screened his victims for sexually transmitted diseases, put them on birth control and prescribed antidepressants and anti-psychotic drugs to keep them in a zombie-like state.

‘There were doctors and psychiatrists and gynaecologist visits,’ she said.
‘There were dentists who whitened our teeth. There was a doctor who gave me Xanax [an anti-anxiety drug].
‘What doctor in their right mind, who is supposed to protect their patients, gives girls and young women Xanax?’
Another woman who alleges that she was abused by Epstein claimed that she was given lithium, a powerful anti-psychotic drug, when she displayed signs of depression after being lured into the millionaire’s child sex ring.
Scores of Epstein’s victims are planning to sue his £500 million estate for damages and the FBI has confirmed it is investigating his alleged accomplices, including British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, who allegedly ‘recruited’ young women for him.
She denies any wrongdoing.
