Prince Harry has blasted the ‘pain and suffering of women marrying into the institution’ in the latest trailer for his new Netflix series.
This afternoon, the streaming platform has released a second trailer for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s new series and confirmed the first episodes of the television special will debut on Thursday.
In a clip from the series, the father-of-two discusses how life within the firm can be a ‘dirty game’.
As Prince Harry muses on his experience as a senior working royal, the trailer jumps to an undated clip of Princess Diana at a royal engagement where she faces the world’s press.

As the video flashes up on screen, Harry comments: ‘The pain and suffering of women marrying into this institution, this feeding frenzy. No one knows the full truth. We know the full truth.’
Producers then used a split-second clip of the Princess of Wales outside her flat in Chelsea in 2007.
The future royal – who was working as an accessories buyer at fashion brand Jigsaw at the time – is seen walking along the street outside her home while being surrounded by photographers.
The then 25-year-old had been in a relationship with Prince William for seven years at the time the video footage was taken.

In another section, a pundit describes the couple’s experience as ‘about hatred, about race’ as a scene flashes up of an exasperated Harry holding a hand to his face as Meghan – who is visibly pregnant – passes behind him.
It comes as a photo of Prince Harry covering his face from paparazzi that was included in Netflix’s documentary trailer from last week was actually taken while the Duke of Sussex was dating Chelsy Davy.
Last week, the streaming platform released the first 60-second clip promoting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new £88m docu-series.

Along with unseen photos from the couple’s early relationship, the dramatic trailer also included several images from Harry’s childhood.
The montage culminates in a photo of the Prince dressed casually in a baseball cap and jacket trying to dodge paparazzi.
Ahead of the documentary’s premiere on Thursday, royal fans have now identified the paparazzi photo of the Duke – which was taken when he was still dating his ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy in September 2007.
The couple – who met while attending schools in London – dated on-and-off for six years from 2004 after Harry travelled to Zimbabwe, where Chelsy’s millionaire father owns and runs a game reserve, during his gap year.
The picture was taken moments after Prince Harry – who was 22 years old at the time – met his ex-girlfriend at Heathrow Airport following her 11-hour flight from Johannesburg, which landed at 6:20am.
While Harry holds his hand up to try and stop photographers capturing their reunion, Chelsy – who welcomed his first baby with husband Sam Cutmore-Scott in January – keeps her eyes lowered as she rolls her suitcase behind her.
Despite the original picture showing the Prince with his arm wrapped around his partner at the time, Netflix producers instead cropped Chelsy out entirely from the frame.
What’s more, the photo appears to have also been digitally altered to emphasis the flash photography.

After spotting the original photo, body language expert Jesus Enrique Rosas tweeted: ‘You just can’t make this s*** up.
‘For Harry and MEGHAN’s Netflix teaser they included a cropped picture of Harry… with Chelsy Davy! LMAO WHAT IS THIS!’
In reference to a stock photo Netflix also used from a Harry Potter premiere, another added: ‘At least they got the right Harry this time…’
Producers then went back through old pictures of the Duchess of Sussex before jumping to a clip of the mother-of-two breaking down in tears next to her husband.

The picture – which appears first under search results for ‘paparazzi’ on stock image website Alamy – was taken five years before Harry and Meghan were introduced to each other in 2016.

Royal expert Ingrid Seward told The Sun: ‘I don’t imagine Harry would have realised, but Netflix have been careless here as it weakens Harry’s comment about protecting his family. This fake picture weakens his point.’
The clip opens with a producer asking ‘why do you want to make this documentary?’ before more than a dozen photos flash up of Harry and Meghan sharing time together, along with one image of the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Harry’s voice is heard saying, ‘no one sees what goes on behind closed doors’.
The trailer finally cuts to his wife, who says: ‘When the stakes are this high, doesn’t it make sense to hear our story from us?’

The Sussexes have been paid a rumoured $100million (£88million) for the fly-on-the-wall series, which has left the Royal Family braced for more damaging accusations from the couple
Last week, the promotional trailer was branded a ‘declaration of war’ by royal insiders after the clip dropped on the second day of the Prince and Princess of Wales’ Boston tour.
After showing Meghan in tears, the film then immediately cuts away to a shot focusing on a pinched-looking William and Kate at the 2019 Commonwealth Service in London, with the Sussexes sitting meekly behind them.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, an insider said: ‘I don’t see how anyone could view it as anything other than a declaration of war.’
Another said the timing of the trailer’s release had not gone unnoticed among palace staff, adding: ‘None of this is a surprise’.
The minute-long Netflix teaser strongly suggests the Sussexes will confront rumours about their tempestuous relationships with senior royals head-on.
