‘Proof’ Nick Cummins was never going to pick anyone on The Bachelor

The Honey Badger EXPOSED: Keira Maguire reveals ‘proof’ Nick Cummins was never going to pick anyone on The Bachelor

It seems every former Bachelor contestant has a score to settle with Nick Cummins – including the women who didn’t even appear on his season.

Speaking on her podcast The Buzz on Tuesday, Keira Maguire claimed to have proof the former Wallaby was never going to pick a winner last year.

‘Well, the thing is Nick never had any intention to actually end up with anyone. Like, we knew that!’ she told co-hosts Joey Carroll and Mikkayla Mossop.

Keira explained that the 31-year-old rugby player’s globetrotting lifestyle is evidence he was never going to settle down.

‘He’s not ready to settle down. Have you seen his lifestyle?’ she said.

‘There was no way. He fully did [The Bachelor] for publicity and that’s a full stop. We don’t even need to talk about that.’

‘He had no intention from day dot to even hook up with any of them,’ she concluded.

Nick’s public image as a ‘likeable Aussie larrikin’ was shattered after he dumped both women in last year’s Bachelor finale.

He left Brittany Hockley and Sophie Tieman heartbroken after dragging them to New Caledonia, only to reveal he wasn’t ready for a relationship.

In the months that followed, his popularity plummeted as rumours swirled he only signed up for The Bachelor as a ‘publicity stunt’.

Nick returned to the spotlight this month after several contestants from his season roasted him on spin-off show Bachelor in Paradise.

In a particularly devastating blow, Brooke Blurton claimed that Nick actually told her weeks before the finale he wasn’t planning on choosing anyone.

She recalled: ‘My last date with Nick, we were on a motorbike. I thought there was chemistry there and thought we’d develop something.

‘But then he stopped the cameras and smothered his mic to tell me he wasn’t going to pick anyone in the end,’ Brooke added.

‘He told me not to tell anyone. I protected him for that reason. It ate at me. The secret just kills me.’

Bachelor in Paradise continues Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 10
