Queen Letizia dazzles in recycled elegant white co-ord

A sight in white! Queen Letizia of Spain dazzles in a recycled satin number and blue heels as she attends a conference in Madrid

Queen Letizia of Spain was a sight to behold today, as she stepped out in an elegant white co-ord to attend an event in the Spanish capital.

The glamorous monarch, 50, cut a stylish figure while out on a solo trip to the ninth ‘European Conferences on Tobacco or Health’ in Madrid, Spain.

Ever the style queen, the monarch once again wowed onlookers in the brilliant white, waist-cinching two-piece, which was tailor-made by the Royal Palace’s dressmaker last year.

The mother-of-two was first spotted in the slinky number while out at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Madrid back in March 2022.

Exuding regal excellence, she teamed a white satin blouse with a matching midi skirt which featured statement side splits and dramatic sleeves.

She confidently sashayed across the room in a recycled pair of sky blue slingback heels by Spanish designer Magrit, which she teamed with a matching sky blue clutch bag.

Ever the fashionista, she accesorised her look with a pair of silver drop-down earrings, gorgeously decorated with a hint of light blue, as well as a simplified gold ring which she displayed on her index finger.

The royal styled her lustrous locks in a voluminous side part which gracefully swept her cheeks as she smiled for the camera.

Her natural beauty was embellished by a dusty peach eye shadow, joint by a dash of mascara and a subtly glossed nude lip.

It’s not the queen’s first time at the European Conferences on Tobacco or Health – also known as the ECToH – which she also attended back in 2017.

The ECToH happens every three years and unites over 600 influential advocates, such as researchers, scientists and healthcare professionals who work on aspects of tobacco control from around Europe.

This year’s ECToH takes place from 26 to 28 April 2023, and will focus on the next generation by aiming for a tobacco-free generation, where less than five per cent of Europe uses tobacco by 2040.

Pictured meeting guests, Queen Letizia endorsed the conference by delivering a speech on improving current tobacco policies while also making time to greet the rest of the guests in attendance.

Her latest outing marks a very busy week for the monarch, after she spent Tuesday at another official engagement.

The queen and her husband King Felipe, 55, welcomed guests to the Royal Palace in Madrid, for a luncheon celebrating world literature members of the ‘Miguel de Cervantes’ Literature Prize.

The prestigious Miguel de Cervantes Prize is awarded to one writer annually to celebrate a lifetime of work, and this year it’s been given to Venezuelan poet Rafael Cadenas, 93.

The Miguel de Cervantes Prize is one of the most coveted in Spanish literature and has awarded an accolade to an esteemed writer every April at Alcalá de Henares University since its launch in 1974.

The candidates are nominated by the Spanish Royal Academy and by former prize-winners. The chairman of the jury is the Spanish Minister of Culture.

Ever the regal beauty, the mother-of-two stunned in a form-fitting, ankle-length dress by Spanish brand Lady Pipa, in colour ‘Terrazzo Rose.

Meanwhile King Felipe was as smart as ever in a sharp three-piece suit and royal blue tie.
