Queen Letizia of Spain catches up with Princess Dina of Jordan

Queen Letizia could be seen catching up with one of her royal acquaintances in Geneva on Thursday.

The Queen of Spain could be seen sharing a tender moment with Princess Dina Mired of Jordan as she arrived for a global cancer meeting this morning.

The pair, who both act as ambassadors to cancer charities, have met on several occasions for the cause and an shared affectionate moment outside the headquarters.

The Spanish royal, 45, could be seen placing an tentative arm on Dina’s shoulder who was awaiting her arrival. 

Letizia looked her typically glamorous self in a grey wool dress with purple accents from Carolina Herrera. 

Thanks to a warm spell in Switzerland the mother-of-two did away with a jacket showcasing her slender arms today.

She opted for very minimal accessories, choosing not to carry a bag and completing her look with a pair of snakeskin heels.

Her brunette locks were tousled to perfection, bouncing in the breeze framing her blush coloured make up palette. 

Flanked by a team of bodyguards, the former journalist appeared to be in high spirits, flashing a smile to the camera upon her arrival today.

Queen Letizia is honorary president of the Spanish Cancer Association AECC while Princess Dina has acted as President Elect for the charity since 2010

She and Princess Dina took their seats for a meeting at the Geneva headquarters of global cancer organization Union Internationale Contre le Cancer (UICC).  

The UICC is a membership organisation that exists to help the global health community accelerate the fight against cancer. 

Queen Letizia is honorary president of the Spanish Cancer Association AECC while Princess Dina has acted as President Elect for the charity since 2010.
