Queen Maxima of the Netherlands looked pretty in pink today as she arrived at the Vakmensen jubilee conference, in the city of Nieuwegein.

The Dutch royal, 48, once again opted for a unique outfit – dressed all in pink for the occasion – pairing her mid-length skirt, with a jacket and belt.  

She looked delighted to be attending the conference, which was being held in Nieuwegein, a city in the Dutch province of Utrecht.

Maxima’s jacket had frayed and shawl like detail, while she also paired it with a head band hat, which covered most of her head.

The Queen also wore decadent jewellery for the occasion – wearing a simple silver link bracelet on one arm and more colourful one on the other.

She also wore stud diamond earrings and a red lip as she posed with officials for photographs as she arrived.

Following on from a three-day trip to Pakistan, the mother-of-three yesterday appeared well rested as she joined her husband King Willem-Alexander, at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam for the highly anticipated event.

The 48-year-old recycled a striking blue fringed dress by Dutch designer Claes Iversen, that she was spotted in last year at the Muziekgebouw concert hall.

She accessorised the daring frock with a clutch from Lebanese fashion house Sarah’s Bag and crimson court heels by Gianvito Rossi.

Queen Maxima who is an international financier by training, married into the royal family in 2002.

Born in Argentina, she met King Willem-Alexander three years prior in Seville, Spain.

The royal couple who have three daughters, have had a busy month of engagements both in The Netherlands and abroad.
