So of course Kylie Minogue stole the limelight as she led the stars performing at the concert to celebrate the Queen’s 92nd birthday at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday.

The Spinning Around hitmaker was breathtaking in her golden one-shoulder floor-length gown, which elegantly molded to her age-defying figure on stage in London.

The unusual collaboration put on a quirky performance at the royal birthday bash, ahead of their tour together this summer.

Tom Jones, 77, cut a sharp figure in his blue checkered jacket for his stint on stage and raised his fist in the air excitedly.

Elsewhere Meghan Markle wore a stunning cape dress, matching Harry, Charles and Lady Louise Windsor in navy blue.

The monarch, who was pictured in the audience with the royal family, wore gold while Prince William arrived without his wife Kate in the charming company of Harry.

The Queen was seen nodding along to a ukelele performance featuring Ed Balls, Frank Skinner and Harry Hill.

Special 41-gun salutes were also staged at midday in central London today to mark the Queen turning 92. 

Kylie first claimed her space in the limelight thanks to her epic vocal talents ever since her debut self-titled album 30 years ago. 

Golden is said to be one of the most personal albums to date for the singer, who endured a difficult year following her split from fiance Joshua Sasse.
