Queens of the Stone Age artist Josh Homme’s daughter Camille is issued a restraining order from singer

Josh Homme’s oldest daughter was granted a restraining order against the singer in a Santa Monica, California court last week.

Camille Homme, 15, obtained the restraining order from Homme, 48, according to court docs reviewed by TMZ, but was unsuccessful in petitioning the court to issue restraining orders for her younger brothers Orrin, 10, and Wolf, five, according to the outlet.

The Queens of the Stone Age vocalist was ordered by the court to remain at least 100 yards away from Camille pending a hearing slated for later this month.

Camille said in court docs that the Joshua Tree, California native was physically and verbally abusive to the kids, had groped his sons, drank and drove with them in the vehicle.

She said he had threatened their mother Brody Dalle, 42, and her boyfriend. Josh Homme has denied all of the accusations, according to the outlet.

Homme’s lawyer Susan E. Wiesner told the outlet that Dalle had underwritten the legal attempts ‘in retaliation for Josh obtaining a TRO against Brody for her physical abuse of Josh, among other things involving the children.’

The outlet last week reported that Dalle had twice petitioned to get the restraining orders for the boys in courts in Downtown LA and Santa Monica, respectively, but was denied.

Wiesner previously told TMZ that Dalle ‘has previously brought these claims to the police, DCFS, and the presiding judge of the family law court, all of whom have declined to take any action based upon these spurious claims.’

Homme and Dalle were wed in December of 2005 and in late 2019, she filed for separation and divorce.

Both have been granted restraining orders against the other over the past two years.
