Rachael Finch on her holiday diet and exercise regime

She’s the former beauty pageant titleholder and television presenter, that’s recently created her own fitness empire.

And Rachael Finch shared her strict diet and exercise regime to Instagram over the past four days, while on a family vacation in Mexico.

The 29-year-old mother-of-two has been dining on homemade guacamole and vegetables, alongside cardio sessions and intense beach workouts.

Last Thursday, Rachael proudly shared the recipe to her homemade guacamole, with her 223,000 Instagram followers.

A healthier alternative to restaurant-made versions, the brunette simply mixed together avocado, tomato, red onion, the juice of one lemon and a handful of coriander. 

Other snaps shared to Rachael’s Instagram Story, saw Rachael and her brood, dining on homemade grilled chicken and vegetables.

The Myer ambassador also revealed her intense beach circuits, posting a short clip alongside the text: ‘Morning beach circuit. I’ve been working on minimising rest between exercises & if needed, taking an extended rest between rounds.’

Rachael, in a skimpy black crop top and full-length leggings that clung to her trim pins, completed a series of grid iron runs, mountain climbers, planks, squats and sit-ups. 

Rachel is currently on vacation in Mexico, with husband Michael Miziner, and their two children, daughter Violet, four, and son Dominic, nine months.

The couple who wed in 2013, launched earlier this year an online health and fitness program, Body by Finch, and more recently an athleisure range.

Rachael explained to Daily Mail Australia last month, that her priority is to be the best mother to her children.

She said at Melbourne’s Oaks Day: ‘I want energy for Violet and Dominic, and I want to be the best wife and mum. I don’t want to come to 3pm and have that slump!’

‘I choose to do these things in my life in terms of health and wellness because it makes me feel good.’

Rachael also shared that she doesn’t believe in the idea of cheat days.

‘I eat healthy and have fitness in my life and meditate and do those things because I want to wake up with awesome amounts of energy.’
