Rachel Brosnahan and Alex Borstein cause a stir in Washington Square Park as they film season four of Marvelous Mrs. Maisel in pajamas

Rachel Brosnahan has been hard at work filming season four of Amazon’s acclaimed series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel in NYC.

And the 30-year-old actress who stars as Miriam ‘Midge’ in the comedy was spotted slipping into a floral pink jumper and baker boy cap while shooting scenes with co-star Alex Borstein, 50, in Washington Square Park.

Both ladies were seen putting on very animated displays as they took over the bustling park with a full production team, but no release date for the Emmy-winning show has been announced at this time.

The show which follows a fifties housewife with comedian dreams has become a fan favorite, and has snagged multiple Emmys and Golden Globes.

And Brosnahan rocked a feminine floral jumpsuit with a baker boy cap and leather jacket as she strolled through the park in silk heels with a pom pom detail.

Her brown tresses were adorned with pink curlers and she worked her many facial expressions while shooting near a news stand.

The Milwaukee-born beauty was seen getting a glam touch up before filming shots by the park’s enormous fountain.

And Borstein — who plays her talent agent/manager Susie Myerson — was seen sprinting through the park in a pale blue T-shirt and striped pants with a similar leather jacket and cap.

The scene in progress seemed to feature both ladies in their pajamas before throwing on more suitable outerwear with an incognito flare as they darted around the city.

Borstein’s character seemed to be trying to get a handle on Midge’s whereabouts as she chased after her before having a refreshment at the newsstand.

She was scene running past an extra in full fifties garb as they continue to teleport viewers to New York in a simpler time.

The Family Guy actress also took home an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in 2019, and her character is based on real life female talent agent Sue Mengers.

And though the show is set in the fifties, the production featured plenty of masked up patrons and a full staff also in masks as the show continues to follow COVID-19 protocol.

The upcoming season will also feature Reid Scott (Veep) and Gideon Glick (Marriage Story). Per Deadline, ‘Character details are being kept under wraps, but both Scott and Glick will appear in multi-episode arcs.’

The show also stars Tony Shalhoub, Marin Hinkle, Michael Zegen, Kevin Pollak and Caroline Aaron.
