Radio king Kyle Sandilands debuts his shock new look as he discusses the new trend of men PERMING their hair
Kyle Sandilands is known for his low-maintenance style.
But the FM radio king debuted a retro look on Thursday, sporting a ‘perm’ in a fun photo shared to The Kyle and Jackie O Show’s Instagram account.
The edited image coincided with an on-air discussion about the new trend of men getting perms, or permanent waves.

‘There’s no effing way I am getting a perm,’ Kyle said.
‘2022 is the year you’re going to get a perm,’ his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson replied.
Kyle said he refused to follow ‘other people’s trends’, only for Jackie to surprise him with the mocked-up photo of him with the hairstyle.

‘What would I look like with curly hair?’ Kyle asked.
Upon seeing the photo, he said: ‘Absolutely ridiculous!’
The producers and newsreader Brooklyn Ross then weighed in, agreeing the shock jock actually looked pretty good with a perm.

Jackie said said it was ‘a Seth Rogan vibe’ and guest booker Jaimee ‘Mayo’ Hassos remarked he looked like Zach Galifianakis.
‘I’d say go and f**k yourself,’ Kyle snapped back, adding that Jackie would look like Roseanne Barr if she had a perm.
‘But she’s so funny!’ he added sarcastically.
