Radio queen Jackie ‘O’ Henderson says she is ’embarrassed’ to talk about how much money she makes as she admits men find her success ‘intimidating’
Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has admitted she is ’embarrassed’ to talk about her exorbitant wealth as a self-made millionaire.
The media queen, 48, has remained quiet about exactly how much she makes, but it has been estimated she earns at least $5million a year for her radio show.
As co-host of Sydney’s No. 1 FM breakfast show Kyle and Jackie O, the blonde beauty rakes in the cash but she admitted on Stellar’s Something To Talk About podcast that it ’embarrasses’ her to discuss her success.
‘I do sometimes get embarrassed to talk about money. I hate showing off wealth. I’ve always been like that,’ she said.
‘I want a nice bag, car and house, but I don’t want to flaunt it. But [at the same time] I shouldn’t be embarrassed about it, so I am trying to take more ownership of that.’

She continued: ‘As a man, they’d absolutely be owning that, and as a female, when you’re single, it’s quite scary to earn a lot of money, because a lot of men can be intimidated by that.’
Jackie’s estimated $5million annual radio income doesn’t include performance bonuses.
She is also an in-demand TV personality who most recently appeared as a judge on The Masked Singer Australia, for which she was reportedly paid $1million.

In addition, she has a string of lucrative sponsorships, including her $500,000 deal with WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers.
Jackie recently splashed out $13.25million on a three-storey oceanfront house in Sydney’s East.
Jackie won her new Clovelly oceanfront home at an auction in March.

Despite its high price tag, she has been doing major renovations on the Clovelly house to make it her perfect home.
However, the KIIS FM presenter recently revealed that she is pairing back on some renovations, and decided she won’t be getting a wellness centre built.

She bought her new home after pocketing a tidy $2million in profit on the sale of her old home in Woollahra, after paying $11million for it in 2020.
