Brian Harvey was pictured clearing out his home in a rare appearance on Monday.

The former East 17 singer, 48, donned a grey tracksuit as he got stuck in to removing large white goods from his home in East London and tidying up his front garden.

He wore a knitted pair of slippers in the design of the famous Nike limited edition trainers worn by Marty McFly in Back To The Future.

In 1997, Harvey was sacked from the band after making comments in a radio interview that appeared to condone the use of the drug ecstasy,

He claimed to have taken 12 ecstasy tablets and claimed to have driven home safely.

The band then went through several line-up changes and now is made up of Terry, Joe Livermore, and former Artful Dodger collaborator Robbie Craig.

Life has been tough for Brian over the last two decades. He suffered a serious head injury after being attacked in a nightclub in 2001.

He almost died in 2005 when he fell under the wheels of his Mercedes-Benz. He fell out of his car after eating three jacket potatoes filled with tuna and cheese.

He later claimed he wasn’t trying to kill himself, but had fallen out of the car as he was reversing, after eating too much had made him feel sick.

Do U Still..  think of the band? While a few years have passed since Brian was sacked from the group, he was still easy to spot in his backwards baseball cap

Brian shattered his pelvis, broke his ribs and punctured his lung, but survived.

In March 2021, Brian was arrested on suspicion of malicious communication – and posted the moment he was confronted by cops on YouTube.

The singer was met by six police officers at his London home before being taken to Leyton Police Station for questioning.

He live-streamed the bizarre exchange which showed him refusing to open his front door to awaiting officers and later asking them: ‘Are you going to kill me?’
