Chris and Rebecca Judd have sold their swanky house in Brighton, Melbourne for an undisclosed sum after it failed to sell at a private auction last week.
Marshall White Bayside director Andrew Campbell revealed the property was purchased ‘on Sunday by one of two parties who made offers at the [auction] last Thursday night,’ according to News.com.au
On Monday, the AFL WAG took to Instagram to bid farewell to the luxurious family home, adding that she ‘couldn’t wait to share’ details of their new pad.

‘I’m going to miss this place so much but I can’t wait to share what we are doing next,’ Rebecca captioned a photo of their living room.
Rebecca added that her family will be moving into a new home featuring an ‘epic’ extension and promised to reveal more in due course.
Chris, a former Australian Rules football star, paid $2.25million for the property back in 2010 when the block was occupied by a brick house circa-1960s.
The Judds put their home up for auction last Thursday in the hopes of selling for up to $5.17million, however it failed to find a buyer at auction.
It is unclear how much the property eventually sold for over the weekend.

Rebecca and Chris were married on New Year’s Eve in 2010. They share four children – six-year-old son Oscar, daughter Billie, four, and identical twins Tom and Darcy, two.
