‘Beautiful picture and memory. You seem like the most awesome and down-to-earth mum ever,’ one fan commented underneath the snap.

Another added: ‘Heart just melted times infinity.’

Bec also took to her Instagram story to reveal that she makes a book of pictures for her children of their first year of life, because she’s ‘slack’ at keeping baby books.

She said she does it on her Mac laptop and flicked through Oscar’s book, showing snaps including his first shower with his father Chris Judd, and first sleep on his dad.

Bec shares four children with AFL star husband Chris, including Oscar, daughter Billie, four, and twin sons Tom and Darcy, who are one.

Last November Bec – who appeared to slam anti-vaxxers this week – gave fans graphic details of her birthing experience and said that women should not feel shamed for having c-sections.

Bec – who welcomed her twin sons through an emergency caesarean – said women shouldn’t feel bad about themselves for not having a natural birth.

‘I hear my girlfriends that have caesareans, they have to explain themselves. It’s like “I had a caesarean I took the easy way out,” Rebecca said on Mamamia’s Hello Bump podcast.

‘It’s like, “no you didn’t, you don’t have to say that.” It doesn’t matter how you have your baby. A healthy baby is a healthy baby! Don’t feel embarrassed.’

Speaking out: She said women should pay no attention to the social stigma that a c-section is the easy way out for women to give birth
