A number of undercover police officers arrested a man near Ryan’s Bar in Sydney’s CBD on Friday evening.
Officers also searched a red Mitsubishi station wagon on Bond St at about 7.45pm.

Dozens of witnesses watched the dramatic raid and arrest of the man in Sydney CBD
Witnesses saw a a number of undercover officers inspecting various objects in the car.
Police with face coverings arrested one man and inspected his shoes, witnesses said.
A NSW Police spokesman confirmed to Daily Mail Australia the raid was a planned police operation.
‘The operation relates to an ongoing investigation into drug supply under Strike Force Northrop,’ the spokesman said.
‘No further information will be available until invest concludes.’
