Falynn Guobadia revealed she is ‘officially divorced’ from ex Simon in an Instagram story shared on Monday afternoon.
The 31-year-old reality star was certainly in celebration mode as she wrote ‘it’s a party!’ to her nearly 300,000 social media followers.
Falynn and Simon had been married for nearly two years before he initially filed paperwork to end their marriage in January 2021, only to pull papers and refile in February and then pursue a relationship with her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star, Porsha Williams.

‘Husband brings this Complaint upon the ground that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken,’ his initial filing said.
Simon dismissed the complaint a week later, but filed for divorce a second time on Feb. 19 claiming that his marriage ‘irretrievably broken’ and requesting a pre-nup in place to be enforced.
He later accused his ex of cheating on him with Jaylan Banks and shared home security footage of her lover driving up to the family home when they were still married.

Simon and Porsha confirmed their new romance in May with a selfie shared to her account, and shortly after, revealed they were actually engaged.
Porsha announced her shocking engagement on Mother’s Day with a photo standing between Simon and her ex, Dennis McKinley, who she shares two-year-old daughter Pilar Jhena.
‘Dennis and myself and Simon — my fiancé — were sitting there, and it was such a magical moment of just being grown adults and being mature and wanting to do the best thing,’ she remembered. ‘I was like, “Let’s seal this moment with a picture and we posted it.” And then I woke up and I was like, “What’s happening? Why is everybody going crazy?”‘
Reflecting on her month-long relationship, Williams said, ‘I’ve been waiting for a love like this and God answered my prayers … and I wasn’t going to deny it when it was smacking me dead in my face.’

Falynn broke her silence on Porsha’s shocking engagement announcement to her estranged husband shortly after Williams shared the news.
‘I want to thank everyone for reaching out to me and offering their love and support,’ she said in a statement to DailyMail.com ‘At this time, I am focusing on finalizing my divorce and healing. Sending positivity to all of you.’
Porsha explained to her 6.3million followers last month: ‘For all of you that need facts, I get the optics but Simon filed for divorce from a previous marriage in January. I had nothing to do with their divorce filing. That’s between the two of them.
‘Falynn and I are not friends, and Simon’s divorce has been settled. Our relationship is a positive, loving step forward in everybody’s lives.’
Porsha’s new ring appears to feature a 12 to 15 carat emerald cut stone, set in a classic four prong setting with a micro pavé band, Andrew Brown, CEO of WP Diamonds, told Page Six, and is valued at $1 million.
