Rihanna is set to expand her already vast fortune as she’s reportedly renting out her $13.8million Beverly Hills mansion for a whopping $80,000 per month.
The singer, actress and make-up and lingerie entrepreneur, 33, is set to add landlord to her list of achievements as she’s said to have put up her sprawling five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property to rent for the eye-watering price.
The stunning property is spread over 7,628 square feet living space and boasts Paul McCartney as a neighbour.

Other neighbors on the same quiet street include Mariah Carey, who has been leasing a property a few doors down for years and recently Madonna amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
It is not known if Rihanna, who purchased the home late last year, ever lived at the property.
MailOnline have contacted representatives of Rihanna for comment.
Those willing to part with the $80k rental price will be in for a treat, with the mansion located on a secluded and lush cul-de-sac in the mountains sprawling 21,958-square-foot lot and was originally built in the 1930s.

The abode was formerly owned by the I Dream of Jeanie creator Sidney Sheldon’s daughter Mary Sheldon.
The space includes an open-air central courtyard with an al fresco terrace, pool, spa and multiple firepits.
Inside, there is a state-of-the-art gym and a kitchen which is full of marble surfaces, two islands and brass fixtures.

The Fenty Beauty and Skin founder snapped up the Tudor-style property which is next door to the one she had purchased for $13.8million just three months earlier, which will total her to over an acre of land in the area according to a Tuesday report from The Hollywood Reporter.
The superstar singer and cosmetics industry tycoon’s newest property features four bedrooms as it sits on half an acre.
The publication reports that the property was never on the open market.

However tax records obtained by THR show that the gated property was built in the late 1930s and features a family sized house.
Meanwhile, it’s a busy time for the Umbrella hitmaker as she’s been spotted in The Bronx, New York filming a music video with beau A$AP Rocky on Sunday.
It’s unclear whether they were filming a video for his or her track, although it’s more likely for a Rocky song as he has nearly finished his next album All Smiles.
Rihanna made for quite an eye-catching sight, donning a neon pink fur coat teamed with a towering pair of bright green open-toe heels, a chunky chain choker and a matching anklet.

It comes hours after the loved-up duo were spotted keeping it laid-back in robes as they headed to their video shoot in The Bronx that same day.
