Rihanna praises adorable two-year-old’s Fenty review

Fans and beauty gurus waited nearly two years for Rihanna’s long-awaited make-up debut, and earlier this month their dreams came true when the hitmaker released her Fenty collection.

After the highly-anticipated launch of the line, social media and YouTube feeds were flooded with make-up reviews that fawned over the concealer and contour sticks and the intensely pigmented highlighters that left beauty experts floored. But for Rihanna, only one review takes the cake, and the artist is just two years old.

The R&B singer took to Instagram to share toddler Samia Ali’s video make-up review of her Fenty line, which hilariously sees her douse her nose with highlighter and use concealer as a lipstick.

Beauty queen: Samia Ali, two, took to YouTube to share her honest review of Rihanna’s new make-up line Fenty, which the hitmaker dubbed ‘the best review yet’ on her Instagram page

Look here! The little one showed off each product to the camera, but when it came for application she couldn't tell the uses for each product.

Pucker up! Although Samia had the lipgloss on hand, she thought it would be cute to prime the lips with a round of concealer

Rihanna protégé: The Toronto toddler was beaming with excitement to show off the products

Killawatt: The little girl applied the make-up like an expert, with her own twist and skipped the conventional cheekbone highlighter rule to douse it all over her nose and mouth

‘Check out the best review on @FentyBeauty yet!!! Thanks @Samiaslife,’ she captioned the footage.

Samia is only two years old, but she is already a full-fledged internet personality with 111,000 Instagram followers and over 61,000 YouTube subscribers.

Her review of Rihanna’s Fenty make-up line is the latest video featured on her channel, Samia’s Life, and the adorable footage sees the tiny tot trying out the collection on herself.

The four-minute video clip begins with Samia looking at the line’s concealer match stick, highlighters, foundation and brushes that were neatly arranged in front of her, gushing: ‘That’s so pretty.’

Samia starts her tutorial with her make-up base and douses a couple pumps of foundation into her mixing bowl before carefully used a brush apply the product in spots on her chubby cheeks.

All about the blend: Applying and blending foundation was a little difficult for Samia who asked her mom about where exactly to place the product

She then takes a paper towel and nearly wipes off all the foundation, as she displays her vast beauty vocabulary by explaining to the camera that she is ‘blending’.

The winner for Samia was Rihanna’s Killawatt highlighter in Trophy Wife – a strongly pigmented beaming golden yellow – which has taken social media by storm for it’s extreme shine.

‘Wow!’ Samia says before using a fluffy brush to apply the gold highlighter all over her nose and cheeks instead of lightly sweeping the product along the cheekbone and brow arch.

Trophy Wife quickly became her favorite item and she picked it up not once, but twice, after putting it down, exclaiming, ‘I’m not done yet!’

After another generous application of Trophy Wife and another round of foundation all over her face, she was satisfied.

‘I look like a lightbulb!’ she exclaims of her bright look.

She then returns to the concealer stick, but this time, she decides to put it on her mouth for a cool nude lip. And Samia, as with all her products, was extremely generous with her application.

Then it is lip gloss time, which she carefully applies solely on her upper lip.

But Samia is still not satisfied with her already glowing face and returns to the yellow highlighter for another layer of glitter.

‘It’s so pretty! Oh my goodness!’ she coos while looking at her dazzling reflection.

But the products seem to be tantalizing in more ways than one for the toddler who asks her mom filming the video, ‘Can we eat it?’

The video hilariously captures the dismay in her eyes when her mom tells her she can’t take a bite of the chocolate-colored concealer stick.

‘Can I smell it? Ya, chocolate!’ she says after her mom refuses her tasting request, and she settles for sniffing it instead.

After applying loads more of concealer she decided to return to foundation yet again and says, ‘Maybe I’m going to put it in my eyeballs!’

‘Like a mermaid,’ she says in defense of her bizarre idea.

The starlet then thanks her fans and sums up her make-up swatch session with a very positive conclusion, ‘I love it because…I love it.’

The sweet video has seen over 39,000 views, including the famed pop star.

Even supermodel Winnie Harlow was a fan and commented on Rihanna’s share of Samia’s video.

‘Omg yes goddaughter! Doing Aunty Wiwi proud!’ she wrote.
