A FedEx delivery driver in Wisconsin was caught on camera losing his temper after struggling to load an enormous package into the back of his delivery truck.

Video footage from Andrea Wendorf’s Ring doorbell shows the driver straining and swearing as he attempts to lift 144-pound package containing a couch into the van.

But his struggles appear to be in vain as the package falls back onto the road not once, but twice.

The FedEx driver is first seen collecting the package from the doorstep of a Wisconsin home

The video, as seen by WVTM, shows the driver dragging the package through the front yard to the street where the truck is parked.

All the while, the driver can be heard speaking on the phone.

The FedEx worker then tries to lift the package as he is heard swearing on his cellphone before letting the oversize object fall from the truck bed onto the street.

‘I don’t understand. These people always get heavy ****,’ the FedEx driver complains out loud.

‘It’s f****** pathetic, every single f****** day I have to deal with Justin, he doesn’t put it in the right, the right f****** area.’

After the driver hangs up the call, he tries to lift the package once more and this time succeeds, finally getting it all the way into the truck.

Later, the video as seen by WVTM shows the driver dragging the package through the snow in her yard, while speaking on the phone.

As the driver finally leaves, he swears again out the the window of his truck at Wendorf’s house.

Wendorf said she had ordered a couch to be delivered but on two occasions the FedEx driver had delivered it damaged.

The footage captures the moment the driver was having to take one of the couches back.

‘The frame was broken on it. So now we’re wondering if it was broken because of the way they treat the merchandise,’ Wendorf said. ‘They’re getting paid for it. They’re getting paid to deliver large items. Wayfair sells a lot of furniture.’

FedEx have since released a statement about their employees behavior.

‘The behavior depicted in the videos is unacceptable and inconsistent with the professionalism FedEx Ground service providers demonstrate every day in safely and securely delivering millions of packages to our customers. We are committed to treating our customers’ shipments with the utmost care and will take the appropriate steps to address this matter.’
