When asked about their day-to-day life she expressed how much her days vary and that there is ‘no normal’, saying: ‘My priority is family, we figure it out, no two days are the same, we’re lucky – we’re winging it really if I’m honest with you!’

However no smooth running family comes with a bit of planning as Rochelle said that on a Sunday she and husband Marvin, 33, sit down and look at the week ahead.

She said: ‘It’s important to plan as much as we can do, we sit down and see what everyone’s doing for the week…

‘If it’s a pretty okay week we’ll say that he looks after the kids one day and works in the evening and then we’ll plan a date night on a Friday or something.’

Although her time is dedicated to hanging out with her family, Rochelle still ensures she catches up with her pals from The Saturday’s as often as she can.

The Ninja Warrior host, who returns to filming next week, said: ‘We speak on the phone a lot, we’re in the process of organising a get together but it’s so hard because before we had the same diary, but now we’re doing our own thing.

‘It’s harder to get together and takes a bit longer, but I can’t wait to do it.’

However fans might have to wait a bit longer for a reunion, as Rochelle said that it isn’t something that they talk about during their catch ups.

She said: ‘We never talk about it, we’re so happy that we’re doing what we’re doing and that we’re all friends and when we get together it’s more about catching up on everyone’s lives and the kids, so it’s never really on the agenda.’

During filming breaks the mother-of-two confessed she will be basking in the recent good weather, she said:  ‘I’m hoping I get to enjoy this weather as well that we have been blessed with, but my house isn’t suitable I need to invest in some fans!’

‘I’m trying to drink more water in this heat, which I’m not very good at so I try and put flavour in it with fruit or something, at the moment I’m using Twining’s Cold In’fuse which are great as it’s sugar free and natural.’
