Rochelle Humes is NOT keen on husband Marvin returning to acting as she can’t watch his sex scenes

Rochelle Humes has revealed that she’s wouldn’t be keen on husband Marvin reprising his acting career as she couldn’t bear the thought of him ‘snogging someone else.’

Before finding fame on the X Factor as part of JLS, Marvin, 35, starred in BBC’s Holby City for three years, where he played the character Robbie Waring.

However, Rochelle, 31, admitted that she wouldn’t be as eager to support her spouse should he decide to return to acting as she doesn’t want him being in sex scenes with another woman.

No thanks: Rochelle Humes has revealed that she’s wouldn’t be keen on husband Marvin reprising his acting career as she couldn’t bear the thought of him ‘snogging someone else’

The celebrity couple, who’ve been married for eight years, opened up about the potential dilemma in a new interview with Radio Times.

When asked about his past career on the medical drama, Marvin said: ‘I did about 15 episodes. I’m still in touch with the guy who played my dad, Peter De Jersey.’

To which Rochelle responded that Peter attended their wedding and introduced himself as ‘Marvin’s dad from the telly’.

Following his stint on the show between 2000-2003, Marvin carved out a successful music career with JLS, with the group coming runner-up to Alexandra Burke in the fifth series of the X Factor.

Citing the long filming hours as a return he didn’t return to the small screen, Marvin stated: ‘I wanted to get back into acting after JLS but the problem is if they say, “You’ve got to film in Vancouver for nine months.”

However, Rochelle was quick to point out that this isn’t the only reason he hasn’t revived his acting career.

She quipped: ‘And what’s the other reason? Don’t be embarrassed.’

Marvin then replied: ‘She doesn’t like the idea of me doing sex scenes. She wants me all to herself.’

Writing alongside the snap, Rochelle penned: ‘Me for the foreseeable…I am isolating until our little man shows up. I have one more doctors appointment and apart from that I’ll be right here at home.

‘I’m all a bit freaked out about Covid again at this point of pregnancy so I’m staying put….anyone else feeling the same?’

According to the NHS, there’s no evidence pregnant women are more likely to get seriously ill from coronavirus.

But those expecting have been included in the list of people at moderate risk (clinically vulnerable) as a precaution. This is because pregnant women can sometimes be more at risk from viruses like flu.

The website adds: ‘There’s no evidence coronavirus causes miscarriage or affects how your baby develops in pregnancy’.
