Roma have stated they will not sell Alisson in this summer’s transfer window with the goalkeeper’s excellent performances having attracted attention from across Europe.
Liverpool and Real Madrid have been linked with the Brazilian who has been key towards the Italian club’s march towards the Champions League semi-finals.
But Roma president James Pallotta claimed he would not entertain the notion of selling the 25-year-old who cost just £7million when he arrived from Brazilian side Internacional in 2016.

‘We have no intention of selling him. No chance,’ Pallotta told Sky Sport Italia.
‘When we signed him, I thought he was a great goalkeeper and I still think so, so we won’t sell him.’
Roma are fighting on two fronts as the season draws towards the final few games, with their domestic campaign seeing them in a three-way scrap for the final two Champions League places of third and fourth.
A return to Europe’s top table could prove key in keeping Alisson at the club and they sit third in Serie A following a goalless draw at local rivals Lazio on Sunday, who they are battling for a Champions League spot along with Inter Milan.

It means the Giallorossi’s European semi-final with Liverpool’s carries even greater importance but Pallotta insists he is not worried about the Reds’ who have won five of their last six games.
‘Why shouldn’t we think about the final? Liverpool are a strong team but we can play well, too,’ he added.
‘We did well in Barcelona and the score did not reflect what we saw on the pitch in the first leg. We took them by surprise in the second, thanks to the coach.’
