Roman Reigns has made his WWE return after a four month absence with the star appearing at SummerSlam and taking on Solo Sikoa.

Reigns has been absent since losing to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40 in April in the undisputed WWE Championship match.

In his absence, Solo Sikoa has placed himself as the new leader of The Bloodline stable.

Sikoa has declared himself as the new Tribal Chief, with Reigns having been removed from the group.

Reigns, however, made an impact at SummerSlam as he made his return to action in Cleveland, Ohio.

The multiple world champion made his return as Sikoa faced Rhodes in a Bloodline Rules match for the World Championship title.

The contest had initially seen Sikoa dominate Rhodes, but the world champion recovered.

This led to Bloodline members Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa supporting Sikoa, with Kevin Owens and Randy Orton then joining Rhodes.

Rhodes was then attacked by Jacob Fatu, leading to Reigns announcing his return to WWE.

The fan favourite returned to take down Sikoa with a Superman Punch and Spear, before leaving the ring.

He then watched as Rhodes then beat Sikoa to retain his world title, with the rivals staring each other down.

The return of Reigns has appeared to have launched a  civil war, with the suggestion he will now lead a revival of the original Bloodline to challenge Sikoa.
