The athlete was promoting her new action thriller Mile 22 with co-stars Mark Wahlberg and Lauren Cohan.

Jennifer Garner and Shailene Woodley co-headlined Tuesday evening showcase, promoting their respective projects with the company with sneak peeks.

The Golden Globe-winning star accessorized with diamond rings and bracelets as she hyped her upcoming thriller Peppermint, in which she plays a mother who seeks revenge on the people who murdered her husband and daughter in a shooting.
The Alias star, according to Comicbook, told attendees that the storyline twist of the film caught her interest, as ‘to just do action for the sake of action has never interested’ her.
‘There is no bigger stake than your children,’ said Garner, who has three kids with ex Ben Affleck: Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine and son Sam, six. ‘There’s no bigger reason to get out and get into really good shape and then kill people!’
The movie, which also stars Tyson Ritter, Method Man and Annie Ilonzeh, is set to hit theaters September 7, Variety reported.

Woodley was on hand to promote her film Adrift, an action-adventure in which she stars opposite Sam Claflin in the story of a couple braving a hurricane.
