Kai Rooney has been showing up his footballer father Wayne once again on the final day of the family’s lavish trip to the tropics.
Hitting the waters of Barbados, the eight-year-old was seen on a flyboard, which propelled him out of the sea and into the air – leaving the youngster grinning with glee.
Holidaying with his parents and brothers, Kai has been seen performing back-flips, forward rolls and water-skiing tricks in the ocean.

Even Wayne’s father-in-law – Kai’s granddad – Tony seemed more adept to staying securely on the large red contraption.

It is claimed Coleen has decided not to join her husband of 10 years Wayne in the US if he signs a £300,000-a-week deal to join Washington football club DC United.
The Mail on Sunday understands she will stay in the UK for the sake of their children, moving into a £20 million, six-bedroom mansion the family are building in Cheshire.

‘Talented’ Kai will be able to continue his football training after a source said America could not match ‘the highly talented coaches’ at Manchester City’s Academy.
‘Wayne and Coleen would feel awful if they did anything to affect his chances of realising his dream,’ the source added.
Wayne’s lucrative contract with the new Major League Soccer club is said to be ‘90 per cent done’ and, once signed, he would begin playing this summer.
Coleen and the couple’s four sons will then spend time in the US capital, returning to Britain in time for the school term and the beginning of Kai’s football season.
The possible move abroad comes amid a turbulent time for the Rooneys’ marriage yet the WAG confessed they are working on rebuilding their relationship.
Wayne was three times over the legal alcohol limit when he was pulled over by police while driving in September with Laura Simpson by his side.

She told The Mirror: ‘We’ll have date nights, we go to the cinema, it will depend on what we’ve got on throughout the week. I’ve got a good support network around me, so we do get time to ourselves.’
