Rose McGowan was seen walking in New York City on Tuesday.
This is the first time the 44-year-old actress has been spotted since a warrant has been made for her arrest in connection with small bags of cocaine left on an airplane in Washington, DC.
McGowan quickly fired off that the warrant was made because she refused to take Harvey Weinstein’s hush money.
The Grindhouse star has been vocal about the movie mogul’s abuses and a New Yorker report alleged that she had been paid a $100,000 settlement to not talk about how the icon raped her.
Not hiding: Rose McGowan was seen walking in New York City on Tuesday
It’s complicated: This is the first time the 44-year-old actress has been spotted since claiming a warrant has been made for her arrest in connection with small bags of cocaine left on an airplane in Washington, DC
The star kept her chin up as she walked down a busy Manhattan street.
The beauty looked to be in the Halloween spirit as as he had on a semi see-through orange motorcycle jacket over a black top, leggings and sneakers.
Rose wore mirrored sunglasses and didn’t seem to try to hide her face much.

There is a warrant out for her arrest in Virginia after police allegedly found cocaine among her personal belongings which she accidentally left behind on a United flight.
The former actress, 44, tweeted yesterday that she’d only just learned about the warrant and suggesting it could somehow be related to her accusations against Weinstein.
‘Are they trying to silence me?’ she asked on Monday.

‘There is a warrant out for my arrest in Virginia. What a load of HORSES**T.,’ she tweeted.
At the time, the Charmed star did not elaborate on why the warrant had been issued or what crime she had been accused of.
But now it’s been alleged that McGowan is wanted by the police in Virginia after ‘a few small bags of cocaine’ discovered inside her belongings on a plane which arrived at Dulles International Airport on January 20, a source close to the investigation told The Blast.
McGowan had tweeted earlier on Monday about the warrant in Virginia (above)
She also tweeted ‘FACT’ early Tuesday morning in a retweet suggesting that if she had ‘taken the million dollars in hush money’ from Weinstein, the warrant would not have been issued and not been a news story

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department obtained the warrant on February 1, but the case was not a ‘high priority.’
Police say they’ve attempted to contact McGowan so she can appear in a Loudoun County, Virginia, court. The Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney also confirms the controlled substance is cocaine.
The warrant for possession of a controlled substance has been entered into a national law enforcement database.
McGowan has not commented on the new allegations but in a tweet yesterday, she suggested that the arrest warrant wouldn’t even have been a public issue if she’d have ‘taken the million dollars in hush money’ from Weinstein.
The former actress retweeted Ashlee Marie Preston who wrote: ‘If @rosemcgowan would have taken that million dollars in hush money I’m quite sure this wouldn’t even be a headline…’ adding her own caption; ‘FACT.’
McGowan’s lawyers have reportedly been in touch with authorities to discuss the case.
She was alluding to a New York Times interview where she claims she was offered $1million by someone close to Weinstein in return for signing a nondisclosure agreement.
She has been one of the leading voices against sexual harassment in Hollywood.
McGowan, 44, was allegedly raped by Weinstein at the Sundance Film Festival in 1997, and the Times reported that she received a $100,000 settlement in the wake of the incident.
They said something too: Angelina Jolie, left, and Gwyneth Paltrow, right, have also spoken out about the unwanted advances they got from Harvey
She says she only realized that settlement did not include a nondisclosure component this summer, and this month accused the producer of the sexual assault on Twitter.
In the wake of that bravery, other victims and Weinstein’s own employees have spoken out as well, despite also signing NDAs. More than 80 women have come forward with allegations of sexual harassment and assault.
Weinstein is now said to be in rehab and his spokeswoman says he ‘unequivocally denies any allegations of non-consensual sex.’
While there is no proof of any conspiracy tying her Weinstein allegations to the warrant, it comes just a few days after actor Corey Feldman, who has been working to expose pedophilia in the entertainment industry, was charged for marijuana possession after being pulled over for speeding in Louisiana.
McGowan also weighed in on the Kevin Spacey scandal today after actor Anthony Rapp accused the Oscar winner of trying to seduce him when he was just 14, tweeting ‘Bye bye, Spacey goodbye, it’s your turn to cry…’
