Roseanne Barr has revealed that her biggest regret is that co-star Jayden Rey will think she doesn’t love her because she is African-American.
The disgraced television star was spotted out walking in her native Utah on Thursday.
At one point during the day, the 65-year-old sat on the pavement and puffed on a cigarette while engaged in an intense phone conversation.
Roseanne said Jayden Rey’s possible view of her is the ‘most gawd awful painful thing’

She has continued to tweet in the wake of her show being axed by ABC, after she said Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett, who is African American, looked like the ‘Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby’.
Her latest comments are about nine-year-old Rey, who plays Roseanne’s adorable grand-daughter on the show.
Rey plays Mary Conner, the bi-racial daughter of D.J Conner, the youngest of Roseanne and Dan’s children and their only boy.
‘I think I’ll b better tomorrow. The saddest part of all is 4 Jayden Rey on the show whom I grew2 love so much & am so ashamed of myself that she would ever think I do not love her bc she is African American. It’s the most gawd awful painful thing. I can’t let myself cave in tho.’
Asked comment on the recent controversy, after she appeared yesterday, Barr simply said: ‘I believe in one law for all people, I love all people have a nice day.’

Roseanne was seen in public for the first time since her show was axed by ABC following her racist comments

Just hours after her first sighting, Barr was back on Twitter saying she had begged Ben Sherwood, the president of the Disney-ABC Television Group, to not cancel her show and let her ‘make amends’.
‘I begged Ben Sherwood at ABC 2 let me apologize & make amends. I begged them not to cancel the show. I told them I was willing to do anything & asked 4 help in making things right. I’d worked doing publicity 4 them 4 free for weeks, traveling, thru bronchitis. I begged 4 ppls jobs,’ she tweeted.
‘He said: what were you thinking when you did this? I said: I thought she was white, she looks like my family! He scoffed & said: ‘what u have done is egregious, and unforgivable.’ I begged 4 my crews jobs. Will I ever recover from this pain? omg.’
Shortly after Barr was spotted on Thursday she took to Twitter and said that she had forgiven her former castmates Sara Gilbert and Michael Fishman.
