And in some unearthed snaps obtained by Daily Mail Australia this week from before her overhaul, PR maven Roxy Jacenko looks almost unrecognisable.
The 39-year-old Sweaty Betty PR founder previously had dark hair and, in one snap, looks fresh-faced as she posed for a professional headshot.

The professional headshot dates back to the early 2000s and shows Roxy with long dark locks posing in a white singlet.
The mother-of-two appears fresh-faced and beams for the camera, clad in diamond jewellery.
In another snap, Roxy can be seen posing alongside Courtney Act, aka Shane Jenek, and Dannii Minogue.

Roxy, who is wearing a green and black leopard print dress, casts a playful gaze towards the lens, while flashing her pearly whites.
She opts for plenty of dark eyeliner and slender eyebrows, which are a stark contrast to the fuller and more defined brows she typically dons these days.

At her Sydney Trials And Tribulations seminar in June 2018, Roxy told attendees there is ‘nothing wrong’ with having procedures done to ‘fix’ things.
‘If you’re not happy with something about yourself, what’s wrong with changing it?’ the blonde businesswoman candidly told the women and men in the room.

‘I like to be real. There’s nothing worse than when you read articles about people refuting claims that they’ve fixed this or fixed that,’ she said.
Addressing the crowd of young PR wannabes, Roxy openly joked about her ‘sultana t*ts’ and said her old nose used to ‘enter a room before her’.
Roxy has always been quite open about her physical enhancements, telling Daily Mail Australia that she had her lips enlarged in 2017 – and still gets them done.
‘Yes, I still have my lips done. But I’ve just learnt less is more!’ Roxy said at the time.

During an interview with The Kyle and Jackie O Show last year, she even joked that her lips would melt in the sun because she put ‘too much stuff’ in them.
Back in June 2015, she told Who magazine about her rhinoplasty: ‘I was over the droopy end and bump on the top of my nose, so it made sense to get it tweaked.
‘My nose is already looking one hundred times better and being able to breathe [properly] is a luxury.’
She also had a boob job at the age of 24 – the same year she launched her now-successful public relations business Sweaty Betty PR.
