The sharply tailored military blazer is made of black wool with a double-breasted design and frames Ms Jacenko’s little black dress.

Mr Hess was wearing a checkered suit and was accompanied by a female friend known as Lena Kalakian as he was seen leaving the court on Thursday morning.

The high-profile public relations mogul filed documents with Waverley Local Court in Sydney in June accusing Mr Hess of being responsible for intimidating her.

The matter will be heard on November 21 but the interim apprehended violence order (AVO) against Mr Hess remains in place until then.

Ms Jacenko had an interim AVO application against the 38-year-old Bitcoin entrepreneur approved in June.

The Sweaty Betty PR founder claimed Mr Hess used ‘vulgar’ language towards her at her ‘In Conversation’ speaking event in February.

But Mr Hess claimed at the time of the incident that the socialite had caused any and all issues by coming at him ‘like a steam train’ when he attempted to leave early.

In the days following their confrontation, Ms Jacenko and Mr Hess offered very different versions about exactly what happened during the event at The Ivy in Sydney’s CBD.

Mr Hess said he attended the event along with his partner because they were both fans of Ms Jacenko’s work.

But he told The Daily Telegraph that when they tried to leave the event early she took exception.

‘She [Jacenko] came at me like a steam train,’ Mr Hess claimed.

‘It was just so unnecessary, she kept saying: “Where is the respect?”
