PR queen Roxy Jacenko is famous for both her business acumen and her incredible work ethic.
But the self-made millionaire believes there might be another reason why she’s attracted widespread public interest.
Speaking on Who magazine’s Who Are You podcast on Friday, the 38-year-old said her colourful personal life is a likely part of her appeal.
‘People like a trainwreck!’ Roxy Jacenko has spoken with Who magazine’s podcast about why she believes she’s attracted public interest
‘People like a trainwreck – and I’ve done plenty of that,’ she laughed, after referencing a series of her headline-hitting antics.
Roxy was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2016, just weeks after her husband Oliver Curtis was sentenced to twelve months jail for ‘insider trading’.
The powerhouse publicist was later captured kissing her former lover Nabil Gazal by the paparazzi whilst Oliver was behind bars, an incident which led to even more notoriety.

However, the PR queen doesn’t resent the snappers, and revealed she’s even grateful for the fact they follower her everywhere.
‘If it wasn’t for the paparrazzi I wouldn’t have the opportunities that I’ve had in terms of having ambassadorial roles,’ she told the podcast.
‘Look at (ambassadorships) DU’IT, Toni & Guy, Birkhenhead Point, Enjo, you name it. Those opportunities wouldn’t exist if there wasn’t a level of interest. There wouldn’t be that level of interest if there wasn’t paparazzi pictures.’

Roxy even went on to reveal that she knows most of the photographers by name and said they’re always respectful of her and her children, Pixie, six, and Hunter, four.
The star is known for her speaking candidly about her turbulent personal life – a trait which has made her all the more popular.
Last month, she told Daily Mail Australia she hit ‘rock bottom’ when Oliver was away in prison.
‘Life had basically fallen apart, weight was at 49kg and I had been through cancer,’ she said of the challenging time.
‘This year, he is home, my children are happy and again full of life, I am in good health and we have balance in our lives,’ she said.
