She had a breast augmentation at the age of 24, after years of being branded ‘sultana t**s’ at school.
And Roxy Jacenko proudly showed off her enhanced cleavage on Wednesday, as she attended the launch of the $1billion development, Eastlakes Live, at The Star in Sydney.
The 37-year-old socialite and PR guru ensured she took centre stage in a perilously plunging gown by Nicky Velani as she posed with her former stockbroker husband Oliver Curtis.
Taking the plunge! Roxy Jacenko flaunted her cleavage in a very low-cut gown while attending the launch of the $1billion development, Eastlakes Live, at The Star in Sydney on Wednesday
The mother-of-two ensured she turned heads in the lace dress, which featured a daringly low neckline and princess-style full skirt.
Letting the statement garment do all the talking, Jacenko accessorised simply with silver bracelets and a quilted leather box clutch.
She swept her golden tresses back into a voluminous ponytail and framed her features with smoky eye shadow and nude lipstick.
Meanwhile, Oliver cut a dapper figure in a sharp navy tuxedo as the couple posed up a storm on the red carpet.

Roxy underwent a breast enlargement aged 24, telling Daily Mail Australia in 2015: ‘I was known as sultana t**s at school.’
She explained: ‘It actually makes such a difference to your tops. Gone are the days where I had to take every top in under the arms. Now I’m like, ‘Everything fits very nicely’.’
In 2016, Roxy underwent a six-week radiation program and a partial removal surgery after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

She then decided to have breast reconstruction after contracting capsular contracture, which can cause uneven breasts.
‘It was Pixie (Roxy’s daughter) who said to me, ‘Mum, what an earth is wrong with your top?’ when I was off out to Stakes Day,’ Roxy said at the time.
‘When it comes from a kid you always know they are telling it to you straight!’
Capsular contracture is a condition that causes the breast implant to harden and ripple and is a complication from cancer radiation treatment.

The PR maven added: ‘I had noticed that there was a problem but in my normal Roxy style I didn’t really bother about sorting it out.’
Roxy added her husband also weighed in with his thoughts.
‘Oli chimed in, but was more like, ‘You do know there is a bit of a problem!” she said.
‘He has no issue with me fixing it, that’s life. He is very supportive and we are all just so thankful that the cancer has not returned and that my surgery to remove it and subsequent treatment went so well.’
Candid: Roxy previously revealed that Oliver supported her in having a breast reconstruction after her cancer treatment left her with capsular contracture – which can cause uneven boobs
