With its low prices, fast checkout lanes and meticulous stores with consistent layouts, it’s no surprise families enjoy shopping at ALDI.

And the new Roy Morgan Net Trust Score Survey has found the German discount supermarket chain is the most trusted brand in Australia.

Famously known for its delicious sausage sizzles, Bunnings took out the second spot, followed by Qantas and the ABC.

Comparing the latest findings to the previous April survey, Qantas improved one place from fourth place, and the ABC jumped three places from seven.

In July, the survey revealed that ALDI, Bunnings and Qantas have remained in the top five most trusted brands across all surveys since October 2017.

Meanwhile, the data also looked at the country’s most trusted industries, including banks, sport, retail, private health insurer and media.

The survey found the most trusted industry sector is retail, with the banking sector, ‘by far the most distrusted’.

Bendigo Bank has been voted as the number one most trusted bank in Australia, as HCF took our the first spot for private health insurer.

Netball is the number one most trusted spot in the country, while the ABC is the most trusted media brand as SBS took out the first spot in commercial media brand.
