Russian Instagram star fits 2 million Swarovski crystals to her car

She’s car-azy! Russian Instagram star has TWO MILLION Swarovski crystals stuck to the bodywork of her £270,000 Lamborghini Aventador in London

  • Daria Radionova commissioned a London body shop to modify her super car
  • Cars in Cloaks fitted two million Swarovski crystals to the £270,000 motor
  • The Lamborghini Aventador is capable of hitting speeds of up to 217mph

A Russian Instagram star has covered her £270,000 Lamborghini Aventador with two million Swarovski crystals.

The black super car, which before its modifications had a top speed of 217mph, was modified by a London company before Daria Radionova showed the car to the public.

Ordinarily, supercars are supposed to be streamlined to allow their powerful engines – in this case a 6.5litre V12 – to push them through the air. The massive engine can propel the car to 60mph in just 2.8 seconds, while 120mph will come and go within  8.5 seconds.

Daria Radionova commissioned a London bodywork shop to put two million Swarovski crystals on her £270,000 Lamborghini Aventador – which is capable of hitting 217 miles per hour

However, placing two million crystals on the bodywork will likely impact the performance figures as they could increase weight and disrupt airflow over the car’s bodywork.

Radionova, who previously stuck crystals to a Lambourghini Huracan and a Mercedes CLS, showed off her latest car in London, taking it to Knightsbridge to show off.

The work was completed by Cars in Cloaks who said: ‘If Bruce Wayne was a girl this would be his car.’

According to News.com.au the team spent 700 hours over the course to two months fitting all the crystals.
