Russian trolls bombard Lady Gaga’s Instagram with demands to ‘give Bradley Cooper back’

Russian trolls bombard Lady Gaga’s Instagram page with demands to ‘give Bradley Cooper back’ to compatriot Irina Shayk after the model’s split from the Hollywood star

  • Bradley Cooper and Russian model Irina Shayk split up last month after 4 years
  • Speculation has spread about Cooper and Lady Gaga’s on-screen chemistry
  • Now Russians have left thousands of comments on Lady Gaga’s Instagram page
  • They are leaving critical comments about the singer, blasting her for not having any ‘photos with bears’ and not knowing ‘how to start a (nuclear) reactor’
  • Some are demanding that Lady Gaga ‘give Bradley back’ to Irina Shayk

Russians are trolling Lady Gaga’s Instagram page by flooding it with thousands of demands to ‘give Bradley Cooper back’ to their compatriot Irina Shayk.

The angry deluge of messages – mostly in Cyrillic – hit out at the singer for supposedly ‘stealing’ American actor Cooper from the Russian model.

Last month Cooper and Shayk broke up following a four-year relationship, and the split was said to have been ‘amicable’.

But after Cooper and Lady Gaga featured together in A Star is Born, speculation spread among fans about the duo’s on-screen chemistry.

Rumours were boosted from Bradley and Lady Gaga, who starred together in A Star is Born, previously performing their popular song Shallow at the Oscars in February (pictured)

The ‘trolling’ is reportedly mostly from Russian women who feel Shayk has been slighted.

‘We have returned the Crimea, we will return Bradley too,’ declared one.

‘Not written a comment to Gaga? You are not Russian then,’ said another.

Russians made disparaging comments about Lady Gaga and one declared ‘our Irina’s legs are still longer’.

Another post read: ‘Brothers, we won WWII !! What does it cost us to put pressure on Gaga ?’

One observed: ‘Irka (Irina) didn’t even need revenge, her compatriots did it for her.’

Another posted: ‘I didn’t like this Gaga from the start.

‘She has no photos with bears, she doesn’t know how to start a (nuclear) reactor, (and) kids will stop drinking vodka listening to her music.’

One story on the so-called Instagram ‘flash mob’ said that while neither Cooper nor Lady Gaga had admitted they are in love, Russians had decided this was the case of his break-up with Shayk.

‘Russian users of Instagram were unstoppable,’ declared 360 TV.

‘Women are confident that it was Lady Gaga who was the spoke in Cooper and Shayk’s relationship.

‘And they showed their indignation about this in the singer’s profile.’

The report went on: ‘Although most of the comments look more like trolling – after all, there are people who write spells to bring back Cooper to Shayk – they contain the same message: ‘Return Bradly to Ira (Irina)’.

One woman wrote: ‘My bear and I are laughing so much, we even dropped our balalaikas!’
