Salesmen makes video of him dancing to sell a property

A real estate agent on the Gold Coast has shown off his impressive dance moves in a cringeworthy video, all to help sell a beachside mansion.

Clint Smith from McGrath Real Estate in Noosa uploaded the video to social media on Sunday, dancing to Bruno Mars’s hit ’24K Magic’.

Mr Smith captioned the video ‘last open home for the day’ and was clearly delighted to put his skills to use.

The two-minute long video opens with a view of the dining room in the five-bedroom Noosa home, before Mr Smith glides into view.

With headphones in, the estate agent begins a surprisingly well-rehearsed hip-hop routine.

The video cuts to one of the bedrooms in the home, as a smartly dressed Mr Smith choreographs his routine to the lyrics of the song.

While the video may be a simple marketing tool, Mr Smith’s dancing skills prove to be professional.

Speaking to Sunshine Coast Daily, the agent revealed he’s been practicing his moves for a while.

‘My dad actually started the Blue Light Disco in Noosa, and I’ve been dancing for a fair while now. It is a hobby,’ he said.

Mr Smith revealed his clients ‘asked me if I would help get their home noticed on social media’.
