Sam Asghari wants to star in a movie with his ‘great actress’ wife Britney Spears

‘She’s a great actress’: Sam Asghari wants to star in a movie with his wife Britney Spears… and calls her conservatorship ‘the worst thing that’s ever happened in this country’

Sam Asghari wants to star in a romcom or an action movie with his wife Britney Spears, who he praised as a ‘great actress’ on Thursday when he spoke to TMZ at LAX.

The 29-year-old fitness guru-turned-actor – who recently stripped down in a car park – went on to declare that his wife’s infamous 13-year conservatorship was ‘the worst that’s ever happened in this country.’

Sam was ‘visiting Los Angeles real quick’ to spend some time with Britney, 41, before going back to film his mysterious debut as a film director.

After refusing to give any details about the project, Sam was asked if he would ever consider starring alongside Spears in a ‘romcom.’

‘I hope so, I hope so, I think she’s a great actress’ he said. ‘I hope one day, that’ll be a dream come true.’

When TMZ asked the former personal trainer if he was ‘waiting for the right script,’ Asghari replied, ‘Yes. Maybe I’ll write the script.’

Then the aspiring filmmaker began to muse about what kind of star vehicle would best suit Spears, who saw her acting career peak in 2002 with the teen film Crossroads.

‘Maybe it’s an action film,’ Sam theorized, veering away from the romcom genre.

‘She’s very athletic, so maybe, you know … she’s able to jump up and kick a few people and do a bunch of stunts. She’d be really good at that.’

Sam also confirmed that Britney – who recently danced in a gold-fringed corset minidress for Instagram – is ‘doing great.’

But the LAX conversation took a serious turn when TMZ asked Sam if there were ‘any merits’ to a conservatorship.

‘Absolutely not,’ answered Asghari. ‘The conservatorship was a total bullsh** move.

‘It should’ve never happened. It should be illegal to put anybody under the conservatorship and that was the worst thing that has ever happened in this country.’

‘This is the country of freedom,’ Sam continued. ‘And that should never have happened, especially to her.’

Ever since she was released from her conservatorship in 2021, the Work B**ch megastar has been launching social media tirades at her family and former associates, taking retribution against those she feels mistreated her while she was under her father Jamie’s control.

Spears sparked concern last month when she posted a bizarre clip using an Australian accent and told fans ‘DO NOT call the cops’ if she deleted her Instagram page.

The video followed a pattern of troubling incidents that allegedly included a ‘manic’ episode at a restaurant and a failed intervention from her family and friends.
