Sam and Jessica’s beach outing comes just days after he spent time in the coastal town with glamorous blonde Jade Spooner.
He joined the health entrepreneur, 28, on Sunday on what appeared to be a double date with his older brother, Luke, and his partner, Tori May.
Jade, who is a nutritionist based in Sydney, has been friends with the Burgesses for a while, and recently spruiked the brothers’ 4B clothing label on Instagram.

Sam separated from his ex-wife Phoebe Burgess in late 2019, and they legally divorced last month just before Christmas.
He is now defending charges of assaulting and intimidating her father, Mitchell Hooke, at the Hooke family home in the Southern Highlands shortly after their split.
Phoebe, a 31-year-old social media influencer, has admitted leaking a damning 50-page police statement she made about her ex-husband to a newspaper, which published allegations against him of domestic violence and drug misuse.

At the start of her evidence at Moss Vale Local Court, Phoebe was asked to clarify the status of her relationship with Sam. ‘I’m his ex-wife,’ she said.
Under cross-examination she was questioned about whether she was still Phoebe Burgess or had reverted to calling herself Phoebe Hooke.
‘As long as my children are Burgess, I will always be Burgess,’ she said.
The Burgesses, who married in December 2015 and separated in October 2019, have two children: daughter Poppy, who turns four this month, and son Billy, two.

Sam has pleaded not guilty to intimidation and common assault arising from the alleged incident at the Hooke home on October 19, 2019.

He says he feared being hit by the footballer.
Sam claims it was Mr Hooke who threatened him by saying: ‘I’m going to destroy you if it’s the last thing I do. I’m going to destroy you and your career.’
