Sam Burgess looked far from heartbroken while partying in Sydney on Friday night – just two days before it was revealed he’s believed to have split from wife Phoebe for a second time.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs star, 30, was filmed having fun with friends on the dancefloor at the club’s 2019 Red & Green Ball at the ICC Grand Ballroom in Darling Harbour.
In the footage, Sam, who was not wearing his wedding ring, appeared in high spirits while celebrating at the masquerade-themed event which marks the end of the rugby league season for the club.

In the footage, George asked his Instagram followers to vote whom they would rather ‘kiss’.
As John pushed his tongue out towards the camera, Sam said: ‘Together… us together.’

Meanwhile, Phoebe spent the weekend at her parents’ country estate in Bowral with her children: two-year-old daughter Poppy and 10-month-old son Billy.
Tellingly, the couple have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Over the weekend, The Sunday Telegraph reported that Sam and Phoebe, 30, had broken up for a second time after initially splitting in December.
The pair had rekindled their marriage in April, but an insider claimed things ‘just didn’t work.’

In April, Phoebe confirmed to Stellar magazine that she and Sam had reconciled after their initial split in December, but admitted things weren’t ‘perfect’.
‘Every person on this planet who is married knows it isn’t perfect. It’s never going to be perfect… Sam and I will have good days and we’ll have trying days,’ she said.
Phoebe added that the reason for their split, and the details of their reconciliation, ‘will always and forever just be between Sam and I’.
