‘I let the baby feed on the affected breast all day to help clear the blockage.

‘Anyway I feel a million times better this evening after a full day of rest but wow that was so painful.

‘I feel the duct is released just going to keep a close eye on it. Has anyone else experienced this?’

If a blocked milk duct is left untreated, it can lead to mastitis, a condition when someone’s breasts become swollen, hot and painful.

It is most commonly seen in women who are breastfeeding, but women who aren’t breastfeeding and men can also get it.

It usually only affects one breast with symptons including swelling and a burning pain.

Last month, Sam and her partner Paul Knightley announced they’d welcomed their third child.

‘I honestly can’t explain my feelings right now. Mummy loves you more than you could ever imagine.

‘Currently in our baby bubble, be back soon.’

Sam and her partner, 33, have been together since 2014 and share children, Paul, six, and Rosie, four.

Back in January, Sam revealed to fans that she would be having another home birth with her third child after welcoming daughter Rosie in the same way back in 2017.

During an Instagram Q&A with fans, one person asked: ‘Will you have a home birth again? xx.’

To which Sam replied: ‘Yes! I’m so excited to be having another home birth.

‘My experience with Rosie was the best (not pain-free may I add lol) but the whole home vibe was so peaceful and relaxed.

‘Literally half an hour after having Rosie I was in my bed with her watching X-Factor with tea and toast.’

The star went on to add: ‘I know it’s not for everyone, but if you’re low risk and have thought about it. Definitely ask your midwife all the questions you have.’

Sam then went on to give fans an update of the pregnancy when one follower asked how it was going.

The beauty replied: ‘Very well thank you. I’m very grateful that all my pregnancies have been really straightforward. I love being pregnant.

‘I know it’s not the same for everyone but I enjoy the whole process.’

She added: ‘Thankfully I’ve never had sickness or any mad cravings (maybe that’s why). I’m well over halfway now so I’m feeling the baby move around all the time.

‘It still fascinates me we grow a little human.’

Sam took a step back from the media spotlight last year after sensationally quitting her long running ITV reality show The Mummy Diaries.

The reality star has had a meteoric rise to fame after first appearing in The Only Way Is Essex over ten years ago and is said to have a net worth in excess of £10 million.
