The bubbly blonde, 29, was spotted playing a friendly ball game with her Home and Away co-stars as they killed time between filming scenes at Palm Beach, Sydney.

Wearing an expression of extreme concentration, Sam leaped into the air with gusto while doing her best to catch a football that had been kicked her direction.
To her dismay, the ball slipped through her hands and over her shoulder, eventually landing behind her on the grass.
Sam pulled a series of exaggerated moves as she desperately flung her body in a last ditch attempt to catch the ball – but to no avail.

The incident didn’t appear to discourage Sam from trying her luck at returning the ball, however, with the former Bachelorette successfully projecting it back into the air with a dramatic kick.
The former 2Day FM radio host looked chic for the sporty occasion, donning a pair of blue-and-white leggings and a stomach-baring crop-top.
She completed her look with a grey hooded jumper and a set of sensible running shoes.

Joining Sam for the friendly game was co-stars Tim Franklin, Jake Ryan and Patrick O’Connor.
