The 28-year-old reposted a short video that showed her attempting to leap into the arms of fellow incoming Summer Bay castmate Tim Franklin.

Exuding confidence at the beginning of the clip, Sam enthusiastically runs toward Tim before leaping into his arms.
She looked the part, cutting a very svelte figure in a white crop top and a pair of multi-coloured leggings.
Things quickly went south, possibly due to Tim’s lack of upper body strength, as he struggled to lift the former radio host, giving up just before he could raise her above his head.

Sam was in the festive spirit recently when she headed out for Christmas drinks with Home and Away alum Anna Cocquerel and Sarah Roberts.

She took to Instagram to share a breezy photo of the three together which sh captioned: ‘Christmas drinks with these absolute gems.’
Sam will make her Summer Bay in 2018, entering the show in dramatic car crash scenes that see Pia Miller’s character of Constable Kat Chapman killed off.
She recently revealed to TV Tonight that the hit soap had always loomed large in her childhood.
‘Home And Away is a show I grew up watching with my family,’she said. ‘To become part of this iconic television show is a real honour, I can’t wait to start shooting.’
