Home and Away star Sam Frost reveals her ex-boyfriend blamed HACKERS after being caught messaging other women on Instagram
Sam Frost has shared her story of being cheated on by a mystery ex-boyfriend, who had a less-than-convincing excuse when caught in the act.
The 30-year-old, who plays Jasmine Delaney on Home and Away, revealed on Instagram that her ex had tried to blame his questionable social media activity on ‘hackers’.
She wrote: ‘He once said Instagram must have hacked his account, that’s why he had followed and messaged all these girls.’

Sam left the comment below a post by Buzzfeed, which featured the headline: ’25 Reasons People Gave For Cheating That Are, Somehow, More Disrespectful Than The Act Of Cheating.’
It’s unclear which ex Sam was referring to.
While the actress may have had some rocky relationships in the past, she couldn’t be happier with her current boyfriend, Dave Bashford.

The couple started dating in 2017, after Sam had made two unsuccessful attempts to find love on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.
In the past, she has praised the Navy diver for supporting her through her mental health struggles.
‘My family and my partner, Dave, have provided an enormous amount [of] support and love for me,’ she told 10 Daily in August.
‘They have helped me through my battles of depression and anxiety, and worked through the trauma caused in my past.’

In March, Sam told Women’s Health that being in the headlines had negatively affected her mental health.
‘Sometimes I feel like it’s a completely separate person. Even though they’re writing about me, I don’t associate with that person,’ she said.
‘I’ve had to do that because I used to feel things so deeply, and everything that was written about me struck a chord and I’d get so upset and depressed.’
